Feature: Allow to view images inside the E-Mail body direcetly in the E-Mail instead of have to view them as attachments. Explanation: In the classic WEB UI all images inside an E-Mail body were directly displayed and could viewed inside the E-Mail Body. In the Customer Service Hub all Images inside an E-Mail Body are removed from the body and added as attachments. Reason: This is not very comfortable for the user, when an E-Mail has multiple Images inside the body he has to go to the attachments and download every single attachment separately on his PC to be able to view the image. Also in this process in the context of the image is lost, the text that was put in the body around the image is lost when viewing it as an attachment!

Hi, are GA dates available for this improvement? What would be the maximum size limitation related to inline images if any?

Do we have GA dates for this? This would be really impactful for HR here with typically every second customer query needing an inline image which is currently been attached to cases. We are talking FY19 case volumes at ~460K.
