Because of Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, "To" on the app can be designated by using records on Dynamics 365 from both Outlook on the web and Outlook client.
However, this behavior only applies Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, not directly both of Outlook on the web and Outlook client.
Ideally, "To" and "CC" on both Outlook could be designated from directly Dynamics 365.
In addition, the Dynamics 365 window displayed on right side in Outlook is sometimes too small to send an email.
It would be convenient if Outlook can use Dynamics 365 records for To and CC directly.
