When a customer buys Dynamics, a 'Default' environment is created, and this environment takes up *significant* space, which eats into a customer's storage, forcing customers to purchase additional database capacity.
Our 'Default' environment is 2.5 Gb, which is a QUARTER of the space we get in our environment.
This seems really unfair, and I think that the 'Default' environment—which cannot be deleted, as it's required by Microsoft—should not count toward a customer's capacity.

It really is ridiculous that Microsoft can give EACH user in an organization 1 Tb of OneDrive space and 50Gb of Exchange Mailbox storage, but an entire organization is only afforded 10Gb of Dynamics storage. If storage is so abundant that it can be given away in Terabytes, then giving a whole organization only 10Gb seems ridiculous.

I hope Microsoft reviews this and—at the very least—removes the 'Default' environment's storage from a customer's overall storage.
