Can we have better reporting?
- across all journeys steps > analytics provide name and email and contact id for consistency
- analytics section > can we have additional filters we can play with. Right now it's just languages which is not really helpful to us (see below)
- include OOB reporting for channels that shows how many times one contact has clicked/ opened an email (it's currently logged on contact timeline but we have to do a tremendous manual work to get to that point).
