Can we have better reporting?

  1. across all journeys steps > analytics provide name and email and contact id for consistency
  2. analytics section > can we have additional filters we can play with. Right now it's just languages which is not really helpful to us (see below)
  3. include OOB reporting for channels that shows how many times one contact has clicked/ opened an email (it's currently logged on contact timeline but we have to do a tremendous manual work to get to that point).
