Navigating to MS Dynamics CRM > Programmes > Goals > selects any view > Exports it to MS Excel > selected the column of ' from ' > select the ' Custom ' dropdown and again select ' More Number Formats ' at the end doing which a new window opens entitled ' Format Cells '.
Select the Number tab and select ' Custom ' and then again select type as m/d/yyyy h:mm > Click ' OK ' button.
On doing this, customer immediately views the date and time format as 01/10/2014 11:59 in DST time, and 10:59, if he selects a view from the normal time zone.
The issue was reproduced, and we received a time as 16:29. It ideally needs to be 00:00
