Automatic case creation rule : For unknown contacts creating a Case automatically is not working but it is working when a contact record is created beforehand.

Edit Social Pane
When we create a new record in Quotes and after we set up an appointment then it shows the 'due date' instead of 'start date'. There is no option to edit the social pane. Appointments shows the end time instead of the start time as due date.
