A scenario drew our attention, as it was related to a case with Business Central, specifically about PEC emails.

Currently, on base functionality level, there is no integration within BC to send PEC emails from our product.

That said, there is an extension present in our AppSource website, however, it is very limited - for example, multiple PEC emails are not able to be sent out all at once. Link: Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource

Therefore, I believe it would be great introduction to our product if we are able to provide our partners and users to use PEC emails as a base functionality within our product.

The reason of the above ask is because in Italy specifically, all communication between enterprises and the Italian public administration is required to be sent through PEC.
