The new Booking synchronisation to Outlook is great and the feedback received from Field Service engineers has been extremely positive. It would however be good for Bookings unrelated to Work Orders to also synchronise. This will be particular useful for when Bookings are used for things such as Holidays, On Call Shifts, Internal Meetings and placeholders. Whilst Appointments could be used for these items it some situations it is preferable to use Bookings.
