First you need to open one of your tracked emails, then you click �CRM Field� on upper ribbon menu.
You�ll see a new form to enter some values but it does not modify anything in Dynamics CRM Online.

It is quite confusing and users can find it useless.
If it does update records by entering some values in that form, I would like to see some improvements in this area.
