There are several scenarios where a company uses CRM as the main e-mail repository and needs to track manually incoming and/or outgoing emails from Outlook to CRM so as to organize under certain entities and specific records and archive them.

In such scenarios, it is very important that all participants (internal users) of an email are aware that the email has already been tracked or not.

While above functions well for incoming emails, outgoing emails can’t be seen from cc users as tracked.

Microsoft declares this behavior as “By Design” that will be fixed in future versions, but nothing happened until now.

We think it would be a great enhancement to finally fix the CRM Outlook App to work correctly regarding this matter.
