When employee logins in ESS, he/she can see the department and the title assigned to the position of the employee. If there is an option for organisation to select either of position description or job or title or all three, rather than just to restrict to one will be good. Especially it will be helpful for new employees or for the employee who got promoted, to validate if their designations are updated in the system. It can be parameterized in Human Resources parameters > ESS, where user can select either all three or only one as per the company policy. It would be nice if there is a label name too.
