Previously, my customer was able to submit the marketing form with the 'msdynmkt_submittedvalues' attribute more than 4000 characters but with the recent fix, their business no longer to exceed 4000-character submission. This caused significant impact to my customer business. I would suggest extending the length of this field more than 4000 and it would be the best if the field has unlimited length, so it will be much more usable for many business purposes.

And now Microsoft truncates the data to store only 4000 characters. Good solution from Microsoft !!!
