When an order line is sent to a Fulfilment Location, if the fulfilment location does not attempt to process the order line there is no mechanism for returning the order back into the DOM processing engine


A maximum number of days rule would be beneficial that resets the DOM status on the sales line if the fulfilment location has not updated the order after a set number of days. This will allow the order line to be re-routed after inactivity, and would stop an order line being stuck in a single fulfilment location resulting in a better customer experience
