[Design Change Request] ======================== - There is an option "Track emails sent between Dynamics 365 users as two activities" - If checking this option, both sent email from User A and received email from User B will be tracked. - If unchecking, only sent email from User A will be tracked - Both sent email from User A and received email from Queue A will be tracked no matter this option is enabling or not since this option is only for User account side setting - Would like to request to add "Track emails sent between Dynamics 365 users and Queue as two activities" to prevent tracking emails as two activities if D365 user sends an email to D365 queue. [Workaround] ======================== - Opened a MS service ticket and was suggested a workaround to associate a user account with the queue mailbox. - This is not suitable for current business logic because D365 instance will treat this queue mailbox as user mailbox rather than queue mailbox which means that queue items will not be generated. Please add an additional option "Track emails sent between Dynamics 365 users and Queue as two activities" to prevent/allow to create two emails if send from User to Queue.
