Currently, there is no such a feature of accessing to both foreign tenant and Japanese tenant by one user account.
If we can access to both foreign and Japanese tenant by one user and if we can integrate Japanese Dynamics 365 (online) and Office 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, etc), it would be very convenient for users.
We request to add such a feature of using two tenants and integration with Office 365 products by one user.
