At the moment it is not possible to send PDF documents to the Document Routing Agent if the DRA is in service mode. These documents are just saved to a folder which can be specified in the DRA setup.
It should be possible to send PDF documents to the DRA in service mode and theses documents should be printed directly to the printer which was defined in D365 printer setup.
