"Document Sending Profile" in Service Management

End-to-end implementation of the concept in the area of the service module analogous to the implementation in the sales module. This would be helpful to realize a higher digitization success in the company also in the area of document management.

This feature would help us a lot! The service module is crucial for our customers. Sending documents via document sending profiles in service documents is requested by (almost) all our customers.

Yes, this would be great. Currently, we can attach documents to a sales invoice and then attach that document when emailing the invoice to a client. Neither of these functions are available in Service Management.
