Dynamics CRM Online can only link the very first email address which was synced with Mailbox to Email Activities.
This is because Mailbox is running under the operation called ‘Find Best Owner’ when there are incoming emails in Mailbox.

However, if you have multiple email address, only the first email address can be associated with its Email Activities records.
It would be great that if you can link all the email address with your Email Activities.
