Currently, BCC emails does not create an email record in Dynamics 365 (Online).
This is very inconvenient.
It would be great that if BCC emails can also create the email record in Activities.

We have seen this as well and customers expect a customer service queue to pick up all email in a mailbox not just the emails with the email address in the to and/or cc. Typical usecase for this is in financial services when technically unsavvy customers/investors change their address and send a "mass email" by adding a lot of admin-functional email addresses to the bcc so that they cannot see each other. Might not be very smart, from a spam perspective but we cannot direct our customers customers.

Assuming this is inbound queues your are talking about, bcc will be picked up if atleast one recipient can be resolved to a contact/lead/account in the "To" or "cc" field. Still inconvenient though.

Typical financial services situation is a mass email from governing bodies, police, other institutions and so on, where they BCC many partners, companies, banks, insurers etc. with information that is relevant to get. When using the web client for emails, this is currently not possible without writing your own email router (which I cannot recommend).
