We moved a customer from 14 to 18 On-Premises the customer was using the RTC client prior. Now a few of their accountants noted that they could not use the OR function in the filter and choose a value from the drop-down. It seems that this functionality was not ported to the Web client as we also tested on 14 Web, and it does not work there.
For example, if you add a "20000|" filter and then try to choose another value from the drop-down, the filter will only select that value.

This should really be carried on from RTC clients. It's basic user experience functionality and the lack of it is really annoying for our customers, especially when using filters on request pages.

I agree! Also when filtering from-to, for example 10000..20000 it is not working unless values are entered manually.

This is a very frustrating change for customers upgrading from Dynamics NAV.

This is a widely used functionality, that should be considered as a mandatory user experience requirement. A lot of customers are frustrated, that this is not available in current versions of BC. The workaround by saving report filters is not sufficient in this case.
