Setting the URL as we like when creating a new instance was available before, but it is unavailable now with Power Platform.

The given initial URL is set with the combination of random number and alphabet and that combination is automatically set as the organization (aka the root business unit) name.

Very inconvenient as we want to have a certain name for the organization name besides the numbers and alphabets.
