When personnel action requested is rejected (Worker hire, New position etc.), system automatically generates a default rejection message and sends it to the user providing emails are setup correctly. Please make this message either editable, or possible to disable so text in notifications can be used instead because if both, notifications message when rejected and standard rejection message are used, user gets two notifications which is not ideal.
