Current Behavior:

When we search the bookable resources in the schedule board, it's based on display name based on current design, which is HARD CODED.
However, it's quite possible that there will be duplicated display name in a huge organization. With that, the resources with the same display name will be displayed, while customer has no idea which one is which one.
Idea:

is it possible to provide a setting or interface to configure the searchable fields when searching the resources in the schedule board. For example: we can add employ ID as a searchable field so that the result will always be distinct.
