It would be nice if there will be a feature wherein we can create an email template that would contain dynamic Event entity fields. So that we can just create one template that will be used to different events and it will still capture the event name and event details. Thanks!

This is now supported in Real-time marketing. For a triggered journey, trigger can include a reference to the desired Event that is accessible in the email. For a segment journey, the template can use specific record access (see Personalize content using pre-defined dynamic text (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Learn)

I would go further than this.
I'd like to see when you create a template, you specify the primary entity the template is focused on, and then the relationship to the Contact that should be the recipient.
Email processing is then based on the primary entity, allowing you to navigate up and down to include related information in the email.
You could then use it for transactional emails on the Event Registration record for event based emails, navigating down to get event details, or up to get the list of sessions the Event Registration covered.
But this then goes to cover Emails regarding any record which features a contact lookup (most of the emails we ever want to send are to a Contact regarding something), not just limited to Events.
Thanks

Yes this. I can drag an event as a sub tile on a journey to an email tile. Would be awesome to be able to have the email design be able to use the associated items (page, event, form, etc) in the designer and then pull from the journey the one that was dropped into it.

I agree - also with Session level registrations.
