KA editor validates and modifies HTML codes we put in automatically, which completely changes the layout of the article causing huge impact. Can we have option to disregard the validation and auto-format? Woud like to keep the HTML code as designed by author and render the article as expected.

Agree with Kaitlin. We would like to change the default formatting applied by the Content editor (FCEditor?) to make it easier to have consistent appearance of articles. Authors are frustrated when they edit an article, even removing

Alternatively, let us change the editor options to meet our customer's brand guidelines similarly to how we do it within a portal. If we can change the header, paragraph, bulleted and numbered list, special content box, etc. within the editor, we wouldn't have to rely so heavily on custom HTML within the articles.

Agree with Ran Zhang's comment, the validation has caused trouble to users while editing the content. Please leave an option to customers to disable the validation in the KA editor.

If the code has no security risk but just violates w3c format requirement, we should still maintain raw code provided by user rather than modify it.
