It would be great if you can copy and paste the rich texts in Excel to the fields in Dynamics 365 Online.

Currently, when you try to do this, it will throw an unexpected error and cannot save any contents.

Therefore, we need to copy the value and paste it to the different cell in Excel first, then copy and paste it to the actual fields in Dynamics 365 Online.

This is not user friendly!
