You are restricted to Appointment and Service Actvities that can be entered into the Outlook Calendar. As Appointment does not allow multiple role-based forms, it is not possible to create different types of appointments with different fields (without JavaScript field showing/hiding).
By allowing custom activities to be scheduled, it will be possible to create multiple types of records that can appear in the calendar.

I have created a new activity Visit with a new entity Visit Report linked to this. The Visit can be scheduled, but it would be nice to also synchronize with Outlook Calendar. This is a real business case!
