CRM2011 Online - workflow calculates dates and times incorrectly
When adding a calculated date in a workflow, it adds 21 hours too much (the time difference between NZ and Seattle).
For example, if you set the due date of an activity to Start Date + 7 days they are returned as Start Date + 7 days and 21 hours.

Role-based forms are possible on all entities except Appointments. Add the ability to have multiple appointment forms.

Allow custom activities to be scheduled to the Outlook calendar
You are restricted to Appointment and Service Actvities that can be entered into the Outlook Calendar. As Appointment does not allow multiple role-based forms, it is not possible to create different types of appointments with different fields (without JavaScript field showing/hiding).
