The personalization and design options do not give access to the top line menu which is the navigation area. I have an extension to add additional menu items but it appears there is no way to remove or change the existing menu items in the navigation section which includes the Actions section.
Given there is currently no way to create profiles to deal with this the only option is to tailor this to user requirements is with an extension and this is limited without the ability to delete or rename existing items. I would like you to add functions for delete and rename or hide to cater for this. If the personalization or designer were change to allow this or the ability to create profiles was added this would not need an extension.

We were able to Create Top Menus and Groups, edit them and delete them in the RTC client. To be able to configure a Profile was a good addition on the Wave 2 (oct 19), but we are missing this critical feature.
Now, we need an extension to do what we were able to do in 3 clics on the RTC, and rely on development skills.
