If I submit leave request for me through ESS, workflow approval is going to my manager as expected. But, if HR submits on behalf of me, then also the workflow approval should go to my manager, but system is submitting the record to submitter's manager i.e., HR's manager rather than the worker's manager. Approval ideally should be notified to the worker's manager but not submitter's manager. Note: If Manager submits one behalf of me, I can set that to auto approve (Submitted by manager = Yes in workflow condition) because of the setup submitter cannot be approver (even this is disabled, there is no point in approving again). This scenario can be handled with the current design.
