Its will be very helpul also. Especially in case of security redirections, in Dyn365FO security is not always managed via the UI or the AOT but also by code, sometimes we can have static redirected menu items managed by code. And executed in the runtime .. i believe adding this "Action" and "Output" menu items can at least give us more details to make security configuration and investigatio more flexible , but fore static redirections, we cant generalize it as a global solution.
