In order to avoid managing hundreds of calendars (it is not an overstatement: my customer has 16 possible FTE [from 15% to 100% by 5% increase] and there are 26 districts in Switzerland with different days off...) it could be great if while requesting a time-off the system takes the employee's FTE into account. This way we could manage only one standard calendar (let's say 8h/day) and when someone working at FTE = 0.5 the default hours for one day is 4h instead of 8.
