Current Redirect Link function only works with EDM, as SMS is a custom channel.
We need Redirect Link to work with custom channel in order to track the insight.

This is now available in Real-time Marketing, both for SMS and custom channels of different types. It will be more difficult to become available to Outbound Marketing as well as most new features are coming to Real-time Marketing at the moment.
