Currently for Overdue Approvals the "Due Date Formula" entered on Page 1523 (Workflow Response Options) calculates the due date based on ALL days meaning approvals can become overdue on non working days such as weekends/Bank Holidays.
This suggestion is to extend the functionality to enable the "Due Date Formula" to be calculated based on WORKING days if required. This would mean that Approvals would not become overdue on non working days such as weekends/Bank Holidays which would provide a better user experience.
