For Overdue Approvals extend the "Due Date Formula" calculation so WORKING days or ALL days can be used
Currently for Overdue Approvals the "Due Date Formula" entered on Page 1523 (Workflow Response Options) calculates the due date based on ALL days meaning approvals can become overdue on non working days such as weekends/Bank Holidays.
