Client would like cascading goals ability to link goals to other employee goals, in particular an employee be able to link their goal to their Manager's goals, However, the ability to link goals to other goals, management or team members, would be great. Described as cascading goals. I would also be great to see the this is a tree/graphical view to view where achievement/needs improvment is occurring. Thank you.
