Return flow has been enhanced to capture the returning now and available to return, but when an associate performs return with receipt, typically the customer will not return every item in the receipt, now the associate is having to go through every line to select the quantity along with reason code. This process will only slow down the transaction cycle during peak holiday season.
Recommendation is to
1. When i scan the barcode of the product - the item in the screen should get highlighted to return
2. And if there 3 items to be returned out of 10, only the 3 items should be highlighted to perform quick return process instead of scrolling through the list.

This feature needs to be enhanced to make associate to be operationally effective.
