When a company has both a customer service and sales function - it's not uncommon for customer service agents to receive cases that would be best referred to sales people.

The ability to covert a case to an opportunity OOTB would be useful for this scenario.

And "add opportunity" as the case is resolved but sales opportunities found.

This scenario is so common. Surprised that it doesn't have a lot of votes yet. Agents would be very happy to have this functionality OOB and it would streamline the user experience.
