When employee logins in ESS, he/she can see the department and the title assigned to the employee under the name. Similarly if there is an option of displaying the reporting manager, it will be good. It will help in the scenarios where manager is reporting to Mr X and in the ESS it showing Mr Y. Then they can raise this flag with HR. It can be parameterized in Human Resources parameters > ESS, where user can select if they want reporting manager to be enabled. It would be nice if there is a label name too.
