During UAT session, users had difficult time navigating through attachments and knowing that multiple attachments were present. The suggestion is to redesign this area to provide clear view of multiple attachments present (similar to attachments area against worker record for example) with clearly visible Open and Delete buttons. Happy to hear that! When is the release date planned for this please?
Just to mention - the 'Notes' field was not displaying the notes in the attachments area at all therefore Notes information captured was not accessible.
