Inspections are really great. They make designing and filling out test reports a lot easier. The PDF export of responses as pdf is a good possibility to provide a report to the customer.
To use this meaningfully, the form would have to be pre-filled with some dynamic data from the work order incident. E.G. Service-account, customerasset, date of fulfillment..
