Hello there,
I have an idea about "dynamic customer journey" which is a customer journey allowing contacts pipelining multiple times. For example each time a contact joins a dynamic segment.
Right now, a contact only can join a customer journey once, even if the customer journey is reccuring. Here are some examples for use cases:
- Sending an e-Mail, everytime an Contact gets a new order. The contact ordered multiple times and should get multiple emails with dynamic content (for example informations about the order).
- A contact form submitted multiple times a day by one contact. After every submission he will get an mail with his data. Right now he will only get an e-mail about the first submission.
- A contact updatet its contact information multiple times in a row. Right now it will only send the first update via e-Mail and the contact is dursturbed because he does not got any other email about the last update.
- and so on.
Maybe it is possible to implement the function "dynamic customer journey" on a customer journey so given cases works.
This will make D365 for Marketing more powerfull.
