We need the "catalogs" that exist in D365 to be updated automatically with any new SKUs entering the business. We are creating new "catalogs" all the time, it is too hard for us to manage old "catalogs" to add new SKUs that have entered the business. This is time consuming and disrupts business because we have to disable "catalogs", remove the SKU list attached, attach a new SKU list, verify the catalog and then re-enable the catalog.


Time savings for marketing as well as an issue for Call Center if catalogs don't get updated frequently with new SKUs, they can't enter orders using a "catalog source code" and a new SKU that doesn't exist with that code. This freezes up their systems during the ordering process.
