Following the recent update to EWS (Exchange Web Service), we have observed a notable increase in tracking times when using the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. To prevent missed emails due to extended delays, it is important to address this issue. Waiting 3-30 minutes to track an email containing only a small image is inefficient for users, especially since many customer emails include signature images, further increasing tracking times beyond 30 minutes.
