The possibility to cancel the employment before the start day is currently missing - it is needed when the new employee cancels the employment before its own start. Requested is also the possibility to preserve information about this employee (at least name, email + planned position and department) in the system on a "black list" (=list of employees who didn´t start their employment although it was agreed).
