The exception related to PreValidationTimeTrackerRecordCreateUpdatePlugin is designed to validate and prevent the creation or update of Final and Automatic time tracker records when a case is already in a deactivated state. For cases that have been deactivated for more than two hours, this validation may occur once and is then cleared automatically.

We understand that although this exception does not surface in the UI, it can still appear in Azure Dashboard / Application Insights, which may cause confusion. Please help to remove the exception on Azure Dashboard / Application Insights as well
