Once you save added employee variable compensation awards record, the fields are no longer editable. If you need to make a correction, you would be required to delete the award record and create a new one which could cause issues in case this information is being interfaced elsewhere . Can these fields be simply made editable to anybody with security access? Thank you

This request is a no brainer for me and I'm not sure why it needs votes, surely it needs understanding of compensation. HR should be able to edit as standard so as not to disturb comp history, however variable comp also need a start and end date. We have people who move from Bonus to Commission and without an editable end date, it stays active even though that plan isn't. We have reverted to add a new bonus level of 'zero' to compensate but that is so messy
