In UCI one has to hover over an activity in the timeline in order to find the button to open the activity. This button is very small and one of the serie of five buttons next to each. This is very unpractical and confusing and therefore I notice that a lot of people click on the wrong button. Especially in the beginning, when they just started working with the new interface. This is terrible for user adoption. Most of the time people, just want to open the activity.
Please make it easier to open the activity in the timeline, for example by clicking on the subject and title, or just anywhere in the activity's area that doesn't link to something else.

I agree, it is very difficult to find that tiny button and you can accidentally delete the activity if you are not extremely careful. If you could just double click the card, this will make users happy.
