Please allow users to generate the Dynamics 365 reports by using [RunMobileReport] feature in Resco MobileCRM Woodford.
Suppose a user is using [Field Service – Dynamics 365 ] on mobile device.
If he needs to generate the report from the view, he can use the [RunMobileReport] feaure but it will not work for any reports that are created in Dynamics 365.
Therefore, he needs to re-create those reports on Woodford again which is not efficient at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We support the generation of HTML and Word Document reports currently, which can be configured in the mobile configuration tool.
