When you are in process of specifying a worker transfer, the order of the fields for the position the worker is going to be transferred to is that you are prompted to define Start Date and End Date of the new Transfer before you specify the Position worker will be transferred to. If you define End Date to be different to Positions End Date, when you then specify the Position, the End Date is overwritten by Position's End Date which user doesn't have to notice and it could lead to data mistakes. Solution: If the End date of the new transfer is already defined, do not overwrite with Position's end date selected in the next step.
